Full Day Trip: Arusha Town to Ngorongoro Crater & Return
Early in the morning, you will board a sturdy 4x4 safari Land Cruiser in Arusha for a convenient transfer to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival, you will descend over 600 meters down into the giant crater floor for an unmatched wildlife game drive. Keep your eyes peeled for elephants, lions, leopards, hippos, and the incredibly rare endangered Black Rhinos.
Throughout the day, your professional driver-guide will share deep insights into the region's wildlife and unique geological history. You will drive past flamingo-filled soda lakes and wide plains, culminating in a beautiful picnic lunch spread right by a scenic hippo pool. In the late afternoon, ascend the crater rim and drive back to Arusha town.
