Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

• Your safari is confirmed once we receive the agreed deposit or full payment.
• A confirmation voucher and itinerary will be sent to you after payment is received.

2. Payments

• The remaining balance should be paid before the safari begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments can be made through approved payment methods provided by our team.

3. Flexible Cancellations

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of payments made, less any bank transfer charges.
• 15–30 days before arrival: 75% refund.
• 7–14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: Refunds will be considered based on services already booked and paid for on your behalf.

4. Changes to Your Booking

We understand that plans can change. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes, subject to availability and any additional costs.

5. Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any required health documentation.

6. Itinerary Adjustments

Occasionally, weather conditions, park regulations, or operational circumstances may require itinerary adjustments. If this happens, we will provide suitable alternatives of equal value whenever possible.

7. Health & Safety

The safety of our guests is our highest priority. Guests are required to follow the instructions of guides, drivers, and park authorities throughout the trip.

8. Personal Belongings

While we take every reasonable precaution, guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the safari.

9. Force Majeure

We cannot be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
